Lucid Dream finalize DreamHack Masters Dallas team list

Thai team Lucid Dream won the DreamHack Masters Dallas Asia qualifier over the likes of MVP PK, Absolute, and Beyond to secure the final slot at the $250,000 event.
With the Chinese qualifier being separate and the IEM Sydney qualifier taking place at the same time, MVP PK, ranked #37 at the moment, was the favorite to win the DreamHack Masters Dallas Asia qualifier and secure a slot at the final tournament.
However, the Korean side suffered a shocking defeat to Lucid Dream in the semi-final, losing Mirage 16-10 after an abysmal three-round CT side, before Lucid Dream ended the series on Nuke, 16-5.
On the other side of the bracket, Absolute was eliminated by Indonesian side BOOM—featuring Kevin "xccurate" Susanto's younger brother Jason "f0rsakeN" Susanto—, with BOOM then defeated in the semi-final by Beyond.

With an all-Thai grand final between Beyond and Lucid Dream set up, the action started on Dust2, Beyond's map pick. They took the early lead, 6-2, and ended the half strong, 10-5 as Terrorists. After switching to the CT side, they won the pistol and the two followups, and it seemed like Beyond had the first map wrapped up. However, Kitikawin "PTC" Rattanasukol's inspired performance brought Lucid Dream back from the dead and saw them win 11 consecutive rounds to claim Dust2 16-13.
Lucid Dream then brought over that momentum into the second map, Nuke, controlling the game start to finish. Thotsaphon "cbbk" Suphatthanaphalaphon was leading in the fragging department as they secured a 10-5 T-side lead, which they converted on confidently on the defense to claim a 16-6 map win and a spot at DreamHack Masters Dallas.
