White win Insomnia XIV over Menace

A Finnish mixteam featuring members of temptation and WinFakt has strolled over Team Menace in the grand final of Insomnia XIV 2-0 (16-9, 16-6) to win 500€.

Slaava "Twista" Räsänen's recently modified temptation lineup featuring Aleksi "allu" Jalli from WinFakt as well as the Finnish flagship team's recent stand-in against 3DMAX Jonas "ScurK" Finnilä has prevailed at the first Finnish CS:GO tournament.

While none of Finland's top three squads were present, White, which is also Jalli's team name in Areena tournaments, ran over the competition without even giving up double digit rounds in Pori.

In the group stage they bested konkole 16-3, Internet P 16-0, ES Jonnet 16-1 and finally Räsänen's teammate Juha "juhits" Hagelberg's mixteam Ebintotterot 16-3, as they advanced to the semi-final.

Team HsT was no match for them there as they only gave up four rounds en route to the grand final, while Menace defeated Ebintotterot 2-0 (16-9, 16-5) to guarantee themselves a top two placing.

Many expected Menace to put up a fight as they've been a CS:S team for quite a while in Finland, but White led by Jalli didn't allow their opponents to even get in the game as they won 2-0 with a 16-9 score on de_train_se and a 16-6 win on de_nuke_ve.
